The deal
Pilates Class Notebook is a class-planning tool for Pilates and movement instructors, operated by La Galerie Studio LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account. Keep your password to yourself, give us a real email, and you're responsible for what happens under your login. You must be 18 or older.
Subscription and billing
- A 7-day free trial, no card required.
- After the trial, $11.99/month or $119/year, billed through Stripe, renewing automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: if you cancel within [14] days of your first payment and you're not happy, email us and we'll refund it. After that, we don't refund partial periods.
- We can change pricing with 30 days' notice by email. Your current period is never repriced mid-term.
- If a payment fails, your account becomes read-only until it's resolved. Your content stays put.
Your content is yours
Everything you enter — exercises, cues, plans, notes — belongs to you. We claim no ownership. We store and display it so the app works, and we don't use it to train anything or share it with other users. Export it any time.
You're responsible for what you enter, including having the right to store information about your clients.
What you can't do
Share one account across multiple instructors (each instructor needs their own), resell or white-label the app, scrape it, attack it, or upload anything illegal.
Not medical or fitness advice
Pilates Class Notebook is a planning tool. It does not tell you what is safe for a client. You are the professional: programming, screening, modifications, and safety are your call and your responsibility. Nothing in the app substitutes for your training, your judgment, or a client's medical provider.
Availability
We aim to keep the app running but don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you at least [60] days' notice and a way to export everything.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, La Galerie Studio LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Ending it
Cancel any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data unless the law says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
